Recording and Replay Policy

This policy explains how program calls may be recorded, stored, and made available to members.
1. Calls May Be Recorded
To support your learning and review, some program calls may be recorded. By participating in the program, you acknowledge that:
- Group calls may be recorded
- Your audio/video may appear in the replay
- You may mute your camera if you prefer not to appear
Private 1:1 calls may only be recorded with the prior consent of all participants.
By participating in live calls, you expressly consent to the recording, storage, and replay of those sessions as described in this policy.
The Company may record calls at its discretion and does not guarantee that all sessions will be recorded.
2. How Recordings Are Stored and Used
Recordings are stored securely inside the program’s client portal or members-only areas.
Recordings might be used for training purposes.
The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized recording, sharing, or misuse of content by other participants.
3. Availability of Replays
Recordings remain available for the duration of your active membership. Replay availability may vary by program, tier, or operational needs.
You will no longer have access to replays once your membership ends.
