We prioritize the safety and privacy of all members. By joining the program, you agree to the confidentiality guidelines below.

 Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without refund, revocation of access, and other remedies as permitted by law.

1. Protecting Information Shared in Calls

 Anything shared during:

• Group coaching calls
• Accountability pods
• Community discussions
• Office hours and similar program interactions are considered confidential and should not be shared outside the group.

While we set clear confidentiality expectations, the company is not responsible for any breach of confidentiality by other participants. 

Determinations regarding confidentiality violations are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Non-Disclosure Among Members

Members agree not to:

• Screenshot community conversations
• Record calls (unless authorized)
• Share private stories or business details of other members
• Disclose personal or sensitive information outside the program

 We are committed to maintaining a private and trustworthy environment.

Authorized recordings by the Company are governed by the Recording & Replay Policy.
